Hi I’m Prashant……..and here’s my story.

I grew up with the values of ‘help ever hurt never’ which is something I still believe in and has led me in the roles I have done throughout my career, where its always been about helping others. Intelligent Careers was my way creating a platform where I could provide insights, encouragement and empowerment to others. Success to me is being able to share my knowledge, experience and insights with others.

Over the last 6 years in the recruitment industry, I’ve had a chance to work with experienced professionals, graduates new to the industry and executives who were brilliant at their roles but need some assistance in bringing their story together in a way they could share it prospective employers.

What I found was that I didn’t add to their confidence (because they are already BRILLIANT at what they do) but was able to encourage them to have the COURAGE to take that next step. Whether that meant looking for a new role, speaking about an experience, having a conversation with their managers or even presenting to their colleagues.
